Galaxy Trek is an immersive journey through ancient forests, dramatic limestone mountains and hidden caves within the UNESCO World Heritage landscape of the Trang An area. It combines trekking, nature, prehistoric heritage and an extraordinary underground boat journey into one unforgettable experience.

🌿 INTO THE WILD
The journey begins gently, following a shady bamboo trail beside a winding stream before gradually entering the forest.
As you leave the modern world behind, the landscape becomes increasingly wild and rugged. Trek through dense forest, cross rocky limestone terrain and follow ancient trails towards the mountains.
Along the way, discover Mai Da Oc, an archaeological site offering fascinating insights into prehistoric human life and how ancient communities adapted to changing environments.
Here, the landscape is more than scenery.
It is a story written thousands of years ago.
🥾 THE MOUNTAIN TRAIL
Continue deeper into the forest, passing Tien Son Cave and following the trail towards an ancient golden apple tree.
The terrain gradually becomes more challenging, with rocky ground, limestone slopes and uneven forest paths. Every step brings a new perspective of the surrounding landscape.
After approximately two hours of trekking, reach Phu Valley Peak.
Take a breath.
Look around.
The forest opens beneath you and a spectacular panorama of the valley and surrounding limestone mountains unfolds in front of you.
The climb is part of the adventure. The view is your reward.
🌌 GALAXY CAVE
A Galaxy Beneath the Earth
The final chapter of the journey takes you underground.
Begin with approximately 200 metres of dry-cave exploration, walking beneath enormous natural rock formations and through a landscape shaped by geological processes over a very long period of time.
Then the atmosphere changes completely.
Step aboard a small local boat and glide quietly through approximately 500 metres of wet cave.
The outside world disappears.
Inside, layers of calcite formations rise around you. Natural skylights allow shafts of daylight to illuminate colourful rock formations, while deeper inside, shimmering stalactites emerge from the darkness.
Surrounded by reflections, water and countless natural formations, the cave takes on the feeling of a star-filled galaxy beneath the mountain.
This is Galaxy Cave.
